Since her start date in 2002, Gloria Terhaar has forged an impeccable reputation working in multiple roles as a Trade Compliance Supervisor and a Regulatory Analyst at PCB Global Trade Management. Gloria is a Licensed Customs Broker, Certified Customs Specialist, Certified Trade Compliance Specialist and Canadian Regulatory Analyst with 24 years of experience in the field. She has in-depth knowledge of documentation and regulatory requirements relating to imports into Canada and can interpret trade and policies to provide guidance to import compliance procedures. Her role as the Regulatory Analyst comprises ever-changing policies and regulations that Gloria must understand in limited time to guide and advise our company and clients on compliant operations. Gloria Terhaar is a dependable, approachable problem-solver and critical thinker with the resilience to tackle and handle many job responsibilities in an agile manner.
Terra Estep is a Licensed Customs Broker and Certified Customs Specialist with over 21 years in the Customs Brokerage industry. Terra’s expertise shines as a Trade Compliance Specialist specializing in FDA and USDA commodities. Terra’s journey in the world of international trade began at PCB Global Trade in 2005, and since then, she has continued honing her knowledge and skills within our organization. Her extensive experience, combined with a deep-rooted commitment to our group of companies, sets her apart as a seasoned industry expert.
